Tote, aka Daiper Bag, An Easier DIY than Expected...
So, I've been a Mom for 10 months. Pretty huge change from the life I used to live! I hardly ever carried a bag, but if I did, it was a little clutch, or a cross-body satchel that fit my laptop and work files. Now, I need to carry just a bit more to care for me and my little monkey. Where was that sleek, no frills bag that fits all the baby necessities. A change of clothes, diapers, sippy cup, snacks, Mommy's wallet and water, and a few wipes. What's on the market? Frilly, flowery bags, or boring stock bags that all have way too many pouches and pockets where everything can really get lost. No good, no good at all. So, as fitting for my projects, I had a need to fill and a (free) box full of really cool scrap fabric from other projects that needed to come alive. The result? A cool new daiper bag that only took me two hours, and knocks it out of the park with functionality. Love!
